The values
The Epiphany Tournament is born to thrill all the children who participate in it through the emotions and the dreams which they will live during these days of matches.
The Epiphany Tournament promotes sports, attaching importance to the educational values, collaborated on the growth of children basketball, joining teams from all over Italy and beyond, guarantees fun in and out of the fields of play thanks to related activities that accompany the event.
Each year the event grows and improves with the help and passion of many young people.
The protagonists of our Tournament are the boys and girls that drive us to make the Tournament more and more organized and welcoming.
We invite all participants to take correct and loyal behavior to not spoil the atmosphere of serenity and joy that every child deserves.
Closing day: ½ place final and awards
The final ½ place and the awards of the 40 participating teams will be held at the Sports Palace Palaberta in Montegrotto Terme, Lachina Street.
Program:
– 14.30-15.15: welcome teams;
– 15.30-16.45: final ½ place;
– 16.45: awards.
During the ½ place final and the prize-giving we ask your collaboration and the observance of the following directions:
– on the arrival to the basket field the children and the coaches helped by our staff will occupy the assigned places inside the competition field or the stands from which they will watch the ½ place final;
– all the children have to sit where indicated by the Tournament staff and none of the teams can stand up, move, change place, not even at the end of the prize-giving;
– before, during and at the end of the final none of the relatives can enter the field. Only the people authorized from the Tournament organization will be admitted.
The Epiphany Tournament devotes considerable economic resources, commitment, time and people to the organization of the awards ceremony. All teams are required then to participate with their children as this is a fundamental and important part of the Tournament.
Aspects of insurance
The organizer of the Epiphany Tournament has taken out an insurance policy for civil liability for the duration of the event.
The organizer and all his staff are not liable:
– for the loss and/or theft of personal items of all participants in the Tournament, whether minors or adults;
– for injuries to the participants (children and adults) during the entire duration of the Tournament;
– for any damage caused by the participants to the event;
– any uncivilized behavior and / or inappropriate participants.
